Shining Stars Montessori Academy Public Charter School is American Montessori Society and Middle States accredited from preschool through sixth grade. Our program is centered on the writings and vision of Dr. Maria Montessori, providing a directed best practices learning environment. The schools teachers and staff live the schools mission of providing a quality and authentic Montessori education. We are an inclusive and diverse community of 300 students and staff located in the Brookland neighborhood (1240 Randolph St, NE) of Washington, DC.

Shining Stars Montessori Academy PCS is seeking experienced Montessori educators for the 2022-2023 school year for our lower and upper classroom learning communities . Under the general supervision of the Principal, the Guide/teacher facilitates student success and growth in a Montessori public charter school.
If not currently certified, the applicant must be enrolled in or willing to enroll in a Montessori training program
