Assistant Director

o Has a track record of successful relationship building and a willingness to serve as the school's leader.
o Can establish and foster relationships with parents and staff.
o Has financial acumen. Understands the effect of operational decisions upon the school's bottom line.
o Has strong operations management and risk management abilities.
o Employs a decision making style that is both inclusive and confident.
o Can partner effectively with the school's owners to lead the school forward.
o Is a confident, effective and comfortable communicator.
o Recognizes the importance of listening to the parents and embraces notion of partnering with parents in their child's education.
o Is accessible, visible, and will joyfully connect with the students and adults in the Castle Montessori community.
o Has the ability to promote the schools growth by increasing enrollment levels (sales).

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated an ability to strengthen or build programs in a school setting through effective leadership. A Montessori diploma is preferred but not required. Castle Montessori is an educational community that values relationships.
